Adedeji Oyedele, PMP

Adedeji Oyedele is a seasoned Programme Manager, Agile Coach, and Project Management Trainer with extensive experience delivering complex technology and financial sector programmes. He holds globally recognised certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM), SAFe Agilist, and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, and is also a PMI Authorised Training Partner Instructor. With strong expertise in programme delivery, Adedeji has led major initiatives including the successful delivery of Nigeria’s first Payment Service Bank platform. His experience spans banking and fintech environments, including EMV switch upgrades and Mastercard product rollouts.
