Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to decide.

Planning an executive programme or institutional transformation initiative? Here are answers to the questions we hear most often.

  • Who does Clap Academy work with?

We design executive education, AI transformation and programme-performance solutions for government institutions, public bodies, companies and leadership teams. Each engagement is scoped to the organisation’s objectives and requirements.

  • Can training be tailored to our institution?

Yes. We can adapt programme objectives, examples, exercises and deliverables to your sector, leadership level, organisational maturity and challenges. The agreed scope is documented in your proposal.

  • Where are executive programmes delivered?

We offer institutional programme options in London, Nigeria, Dubai and Qatar, subject to scheduling, venue availability and a confirmed proposal.

  • What are your London programme fees?

Our London executive programme fee is £4,500 per delegate, reduced to £4,000 per delegate for groups of 5 or more. Final scope, duration, inclusions, applicable taxes and payment terms are confirmed in a written quotation.

  • What is the minimum cohort for Nigeria?

Our Nigeria institutional training programmes start at a minimum cohort of 100 delegates. Fees are ₦500,000 per delegate for cohorts of 100–250, ₦400,000 for 251–500 and ₦340,000 for 501 or more. Delivery details and commercial terms are subject to a formal proposal.

  • What is included in an international training package?

Our international delegate experience goes beyond classroom training: packages can include three or five days of expert-led learning, breakfast and lunch, a laptop or tablet for each delegate, a Clap Academy Certificate of Completion, and a final-day city tour or hosted networking dinner. The precise package, device ownership and any travel or accommodation exclusions are confirmed in your written proposal.

  • Can you provide visa-support documentation?

Where appropriate, Clap Academy can issue an institutional training invitation letter confirming the planned programme and delegate details. This supports an application but does not guarantee visa approval.

  • What certificate will I receive?

Every delegate who successfully completes an eligible programme receives a Clap Academy Certificate of Completion, recognising their participation, practical learning and commitment to professional and institutional capability development. Certificates are issued in the delegate’s name and reflect the completed programme.

  • Do we need technical AI expertise to begin?

No. Our executive readiness and discovery engagements are designed to help leaders identify opportunities, assess risks, establish governance and make informed decisions before technical implementation.

  • Can we purchase your digital toolkits online?

Yes. Our digital resource library is designed to let you choose a toolkit, complete your purchase online and access your downloadable resources immediately. On this preview website, checkout and instant delivery are not yet connected; these features will be available once the live digital library launches.

  • How do we request a proposal?

You can request a proposal using our online enquiry form, send us an email or call our team. Tell us about your organisation, objectives, preferred destination, delegate numbers and timeframe, and we will discuss the best programme options. Direct contact details will be published once confirmed; the form on this prototype is not yet connected.

  • How do you approach responsible AI adoption?

We connect AI opportunities to organisational readiness, data protection, human oversight, risk assessment, governance and benefits realisation. Controls are adapted to the organisation’s regulatory and operating context.
